Which tools does it fit?

The holder is shown on DeWalt and Milwaukee M18 impact drivers. DeWalt setups shown include horizontal left-side and angled right-side mounting. Milwaukee M18 is shown with left-side mounting. Check the mounting point on your specific tool.

Can the magnet hold screws and long bits?

Yes. The front magnetic face can hold steel screws and longer bits, as demonstrated in the product photos. The six top slots keep your ¼-inch hex bits organized.
